What is Drupal and why have a camp?

Drupal is a web application framework and content management system (CMS) used to build robust websites, web apps and manage content.  As an open-source software, Drupal’s modular framework is maintained and developed by a community of 630,000+ users. Cornell DrupalCamp 2013 will offer opportunities at all levels of this community to network, share knowledge, and learn from one another’s experiences.
